After trailering for the majority of the first half, Indiana’s offense ignited and never looked back — posting 50 points in the second quarter and ultimately entering halftime with a 19-point lead. That lead would expand to as large as 26 in the third quarter despite the Grizzlies cutting it to four at one point.
Ultimately, Indiana never relinquished the lead in the second half. Steady offensive play from Tyrese Haliburton (22 points, nine assists) and Bennedict Mathurin (16 points, one assist), as well as elite two-way contributions from Myles Turner (17 points, 10 rebounds, seven blocks) anchored the Pacers.
